Double room with sea view

Hello, this is a double room in our semi-detached 3-bed House in Falmouth. There's a great view of the estuary from the room and most rooms in the house. Double bed provided as well as other furniture but it can be unfurnished if preferred.

In the house there's a shared bathroom, large shared kitchen, living room that you're welcome to join us in and conservatory which is great for sitting in to enjoy the garden and views.

Outside there's a pretty substantial garden that I'm working on and a large shed/garage perfect for surfboard storage etc.

We're a 10 min walk from town centre and from Sainsbury's. Parking is on street and you usually have no problem parking relatively close to the house.

My partner Alex and I live here, it's our first house together. We both work out of the house on weekdays. Alex plays rugby for Falmouth and keeps to himself. I also play rugby at Falmouth as well as doing some arty hobbies. We're both quite busy and the house is our place to relax so we like it to be a nice chill space.

We have two dogs so you'd have to be a dog person, we have Tilly a 15 yr old spaniel x and Pippin and 18mnth lab. They're both very friendly, well behaved with no behavioural issues.

We've had several lodgers and can happily provide a landlord reference.
