Double room in Falmouth

Lovely double room upstairs at front of house. Shared large kitchen/dining room and small garden. 1 upstairs bathroom and 1 downstairs shower room. There is parking on the street outside and a shed for storing bicycles etc.
3 mins from Penmere railway station, 15 mins from beach and town.
It’s a quiet house - just me and another lodger who is moving in next week. Plus a cat and small dog.
The room is available for up to 3 months but there could be the possibility to extend the term.
Utility bills are included - water, energy, Wi-Fi, however Council tax is not. Council tax band C.
Vegetarian preferred but not a deal breaker.
