Double room in beautiful Falmouth home

**A rare opportunity to enjoy a lovely Falmouth home almost entirely to yourself.**

A cosy double bedroom is available in my beautiful home, just a 15-minute walk (or 5-minute drive) from Falmouth town centre and close to Penmere Station.

As I'll be working in Devon/Bath for most of the week, you'll have sole use of the house for around five days a week, making this very different from a typical house share.

I'm looking for a friendly, tidy professional or mature female student who enjoys a peaceful home.

This is a short-term let, available from September until around April, as I plan to put the house on the market.

I share my home with three affectionate cats, so it's important that you're an animal lover and happy to feed them while I'm away. My young son occasionally visits, although this is infrequent.
