Looking for honest and reliable working person. ( Days preferably ) Light footed, as directly above landlord.
Must be completely ok with dogs as I board and train other peoples dogs here, and have three of my own resident. Occasional noise with the barking. As one would expect.

Shared kitchen and attached dining room , though the room has a desk/table in it.
Some storage available in the kitchen.

Washing machine here.
Central heating and double glazing.

Lodger is free to hang pictures or re decorate, the bedroom, or choose to have different furniture. Some other bits available.
Good amount of storage sapce in the room.

Shared bathroom downstairs.

garden with outside seating.
