Large bedroom in semi-detached house. King size bed with orthopaedic mattress. Built in wardrobe, chests of drawers and bedside tables. Wall mounted TV with Fire stick. Shared kitchen and bathroom.

House is on a quiet crescent, parking is not dedicated but is pretty good. Large green space across the road with exercise equipment. Close to Sainsburys, bus stop. Terraced garden front and back. All white goods, air fryer, dishwasher, plenty of cupboard space.

Looking for a professional independent person (no students or couples sorry). I have two young cats who are very friendly.

I am pretty easy-going, like to keep the place clean but not obsessively so, like to socialise a bit but like my own space too. I vape, and smoke a bit. I don’t drink or take recreational drugs, I gave up many years ago. I don’t mind if you do but it’s not a party house.
