1 Double Bed Room, Whole Top Floor To Yourself

Looking for one flatmate who can move in immediately and is willing to stay for 5 months until my tenancy runs out on the 16th if July 2025.

The House is located in a very convenient spot, right next to Esso, with a bus stop right next to the house too, just a short 1 minute walk! To get into town it's about a short 8 minute walk, and the nearest train station is Penmere which takes about 10 minutes to walk from the house!

About the flatmates, there's 2 boys and 3 girls (including me), I've moved out the house now but my keys are with one of them so if you'd like a viewing that would be no issue! All of the flatmates are very helpful, communicative, sweet and fun to have a chat and drinks with if that's your thing!

The House:

A 5 Bed, with two floors and two toilets and showers, a nice roomy living room that leads right to the kitchen! Very big garden space for any outdoor activities or just to hang out with friends. A Washer and Dryer is available too located right next to the freezer in our small conservatory.

The Room:

1 Large Double Bed Room, with a chest of drawers and a big cupboard, a desk and chairs with more drawers! And of course we can't forget the double bed! Which also has a nightstand next to it, and lots of plugs around the room!

The Room is located in the upper floor of the house, where there is also a separate WC Toilet and a separate shower room. There's a study room right next to the room, however that is only for the flatmate with the smallest room. But don't worry there's plenty of space in the double bed room!

Council Tax:

If you are a student, you won't have to pay council tax, but if you are not a student you will be liable for council tax which has to be paid monthly. Failure to notify them within a certain time period can make you liable to pay a fine too! Please double check with Martin & Co who is our estate agent once you get into contact with me and them!
