You’ll be sharing the house with two friendly female PHD students. They’re both easygoing and appreciate a relaxed atmosphere. The house is close to the train station, making it convenient for getting to the university or Truro. There’s also parking right outside and on the driveway.

If you enjoy nature, you’ll love the nearby walks to the beach and woods..

Reaminingn bills will be split for Gas/Water/Electric between the housemates. £55 -85 Summer to Winter generally.
