I am looking for a flatmate two join me in my spacious 2 bed flat in central Falmouth.
The flat has a living room (with a gorgeous view of Swanpool beach), a kitchen, a bathroom, two double bedrooms and a shared garden.
There are a few allocated parking spaces and on street parking for when those run out.
I am looking for a sociable but independent housemate who preferably works who works similar hours to me (9-5 Mon-Fri).
The rental is managed by a letting agent, so once I've made my choice, I will pass your details on to them for the referencing, deposit etc.
Rent is £400 + bills (est. £150). Deposit is £575 (spareroom won't let me put that on the box for some reason)
