Room At The Quarry

Hi! My name is Ria & I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at The Quarry from the 6th September 2025- 28th August 2026 (51 week tenancy).

This is a ground floor 3-bed flat with an ensuite & double bed with plenty of storage. There is a large kitchen which includes a sofa, TV, dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob, kettle, toaster & fridge freezer. There is free wifi which can be used for up to 3 devices. There is also a common room & events are put on for different occasions, as well as a laundry room on site & a designated place to collect your parcels from.

The building is accessed via a fob & there is someone in the office from Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM, as well as security every night from 8PM - 2AM. There is also a fabulous friendly maintenance man on site, who fixes any issues within 48hrs.

It is a 10 minute walk into town, a 5 minute walk to The Boathouse pub & a 3 minute walk to The Greenbank which overlooks the river & docks. You can catch the bus to Penryn campus from town & Falmouth campus is walkable. The nearest supermarkets are Sainsbury’s (15 minute walk) & Lidl (20 minute walk). There is also a local store 2 minutes away from The Quarry.

If you drive, there is parking on nearby roads.

£169 per week, all bills included.

I have been very happy here & have felt very safe.
