Garage ensuite conversion.

Hello.. I am renovating a house for my self, 2 children( teens) and our cat Mittens. I am converting the garage to provide a home for someone. It will have a basic kitchenette and shower room, separate bedroom. You can also use our large garden. The house is located on a quiet road with no through traffic, the best bit is that you can walk to Swanpool lake/beach in 10mins and also 10 mins to Penmere station. I am looking for a longterm Lodger, at least 6 months. It will be ready for the 1st October, can be unfurnished or furnished. Your space will be private with own access, although you may use our washing machine.
