Double room with bathroom in 3 bed house

Hi, I am looking for a lodger to stay in my spare room.
It is a three bedroom house, the double room comes with use of your own bathroom with shower over bath.
Use of the kitchen, lounge and garden.
The room comes funished with a double bed, two bedside tables and chest of drawers. Room for a desk and chair if you wish to have one.
I am a working professional, who works from home 2-4 days a week. I have a cat here too.
Looking for a short term let of 6 months as a trial. If all is well, then happy to extend this to a chosen period.
There is a double drive, so parking is available.
The property is a 20 min walk into town, 5 min drive from three supermarkets.
Council tax band C
Bills included, including super fast fibre broadband
Use of the garden & shed.
