Hi! I'm a 36-year-old male looking for a calm, considerate housemate to share my home. The available room is Part furnished with a comfortable bed, ideal for someone seeking a peaceful and tidy space.

You'll be sharing with me and my small, affectionate dog, who will need a bit of help during the day when I’m at work, things like feeding him and the occasional cuddle would be a huge help.

I’ve been living alone for a couple of years now, so I might be a little particular about how things are done, nothing major, just hoping to find someone who respects shared spaces and a relaxed lifestyle.

I enjoy quiet evenings in, think TV, a glass of wine, and a chilled-out vibe. If you’re not big into partying or clubbing and prefer a cozy night in, we’ll probably get along great.

There’s a garden out back that’s currently being improved, with new decking on the way, perfect for enjoying some fresh air when the weather’s nice.
