You'd be sharing with me, 28yo professional, non-smoking and no pets. I'm very friendly, always up for a movie night or a board game - but very respectful of personal space.
Ideal tennant would be another professional in their 20s/30s, non-smoking and unfortunately, the landlord doesn't allow pets. Must be LGBT friendly.
Rent is £600 and bills/council tax is roughly £200 on top so you'd be paying around £800pcm. Council Tax Band C.
