Friendly Student House in Falmouth

Looking for 2 people to join me in my three bed house. Preferably students but open to anyone! I'm a sociable, outgoing person that is into games, sports (mountain biking, skating, surfing) and music. I'm a musician and play a variety of instruments and I am a first year student at Falmouth University taking Game Development Design. Looking for like-minded people that are LGBTQ+ friendly and enjoy being sociable and meeting new people.

The house has an attractive, shared kitchen-diner and a large garden and patio area. The rooms are spacious and come furnished and the larger room has a view of the river. The smaller room overlooks the garden and currently has a single bed but could fit a double bed.

There's also a small box room where guests could sleep on occasion, plus a handy side-access 'lean to' area with a downstairs loo, washing machine and tumble drier, easy access to the garden without going through the house, and safe storage for bikes, surf boards etc.

Located near to the Sainsburys and Lidl, the house has a bus stop just down the road that goes to the centre of town or to the University campuses and a small local bus that takes you directly to Swanpool beach.

Smoking only allowed in the garden.

All bills including broadband are included - council tax is exempt as it's a student house.
