Beautiful house Nr town & beach Parking

Looking for sociable friendly 🫡 housemates to share my lovely home. Rooms become free from now until late September.
Looking for professionals but would consider mature/ post grad students.
The house is in a perfect location and parking in the street or nearby is relatively easy for falmouth!
I only stay at the house on average a few weeks per year.
I was living here full time but have moved away.
Lots of original fireplaces and features. Original floorboards or white painted floor boards and several of my paintings, as I’m an artist.
The house could be described as shabby chic with some lovely pieces of furniture.
There are two large fridge freezers
A kitchen/diner and separate living room.
There’s also a pretty, sunny garden with lovely garden furniture for Al fresco dining!
I encourage housemates to live as friends rather than hermits!
I am in Falmouth now and happy to do viewings or video viewings over next few days.
