Single Room Available - 8th September

Single room available in a friendly shared house on Pendarves Road, near the Greenbank Hotel and just a 15-minute walk into the centre of Falmouth. You’ll be sharing with two male housemates who both work in hospitality. The room comes with all brand-new furniture, including a new bed frame and mattress, plus a TV that isn’t new but has barely been used, making it a fresh and comfortable space to move straight into (the only thing still needed is a set of curtains, as I haven’t had time to get some). The house has a modern kitchen, high-speed internet, a brand-new washing machine, and a good-sized garden with decking directly attached to the kitchen.

The living room is currently unfurnished, but you’re more than welcome to bring furniture or decorations for it — it’s always kept clean and is a handy space for drying clothes when the weather is bad. Street parking is also available. I’m only moving out as I’ve been offered a job abroad, so this is a great opportunity for someone new to join the house. Rent is £350 per month excluding bills (usually around £450 all in), and the landlord is happy to accept both students and non-students.
