Room available in central Falmouth, shared house – £450 rent per month – available from mid-October.

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 4-bed shared house in central Falmouth from Saturday 18th October.

🛏 The Room
* Really big bedroom, very bright and cosy
* Furnished with a king-size bed frame and mattress, desk with a chair and an option to keep my bedside table, chest of drawers and clothes rails, if you would like them :)
* Rent - £450 a month, so so cheap for central falmouth and for such a big room !!
* Bills - approx £70 a month for council tax (if you're a working professional and putting towards), electric is on a meter and £10-20 a month, wifi around £10 a month and our water bill is done on a 3 month basis and approx £20 a month each
* Bedroom comes with a lock on the door if you'd like to use it (doesn't have to be used) and if so, I have multiple spare sets of keys for both the house and bedroom for you

🏡 The House
* 4 bedrooms in total, so you'd be sharing with 3 other lovely housemates (1 mature student & 2 working professionals)
* Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom
* House includes a tumble dryer and has a big garden
* Super close to town, the house is just above The Moor / near Quarry car park
* Really lovely private landlady, easy to talk to and is very understanding and helpful!
* Parking available on the roads above and below the property

📅Move-in Date
* Saturday 18th October onwards
* I will be leaving the property before the 18th of October and will have the room completely emptied and cleaned so it's all ready

🌞 About Us
The housemates are so so lovely, chilled and really respectful. Also are very socialable but easy going if you'd just like to keep to your own space. Everyone here is really understanding of part/full-time work schedules but also up for making fun plans if you'd want to! The room would suit someone of similar values and who is tidy and friendly. Looking for working professionals ideally to split the cost of council tax with the other workers living here, but potentially happy to negotiate something to make it work with a student.
