Immaculate double room close to beach

I have a room which will become available on or 22/11
The room is large and very bright as it has windows across the full width of the room It has a king sized bed a wardrobe a chest of draws bedside cabinets and a desk The house is a 3 bedroom house above Swanpool 6 mins walk to the beach 3 mins from the coast path 25 mins to Falmouth town
The rent is £700 a month including all bills
The house is immaculate and is in a very desirable area It is 6 minutes walk from Swanpooll beach and 4 minutes to the coast path It has a garden to sit out in and garage for storage
It is a non smoking household
I am a very friendly, active 59 year old woman who owns and lives in the house
My interests are walking the Hash version of running and sailing
I am looking for a quiet tidy person to share with I am an extremely light sleeper so I am looking for someone who doesn’t come home very late or get up mega early
At present I have one other lodger a female who you would be sharing the bathroom with She is 35 and works as an apprentice sailmaker Most of my previous lodgers have been much younger than me as I find I have more in common with this age group which may be surprising
One house rule which could be an issue is no overnight stays
There is some flexibility in this will explain more if you are interested
Smoking is only allowed outside the house
There isn’t allocated parking but there is almost always a space about 100 yards up the road and I can also negotiate a parking space with a neighbour
