Looking for someone to take over my room at the end of December/beginning of January. Privately owned landlord, part student part professional living house. The contract is until June 30th 2026, however, the landlord is very flexible in letting people stay on for the next year. (Contracts are 12 months)

Huge room, fully furnished at the top of town. Perfect location in Falmouth: 5min walk from the moor, 2min walk from the bus stop, 10min walk from the train station.

Has 3 skylights, and a big bay window that overlooks the street. Fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and arm chair. I have bought a few extra furniture pieces over the years which I’d also be willing to leave for an extra £50, this includes 2 book shelves, another chest of drawers, and a desk that all fit perfectly in the room and make the space more homey.

There are 3 other bedrooms in this house (one that is also up for rent at a similar time so we may be able to accommodate to a pair that is looking for a house share, if you’re quick). The house comes with 2 bathrooms, 1 walk-in shower, 1 bath, a shared living room with 2 sofas and a TV, and a fully furnished kitchen.

Bills are paid seperately and organised by the tenants. Amounts to £80 a month each.
