Lovely large en-suite in female house

A very large, beautiful top floor double room and en-suite bathroom available to rent in a lovely female household, in an excellent location in Falmouth. As well as an en-suite with bath, there is a storage room within the loft room. The room is unfurnished however some items could be bought from me if you were interested.

House has loads of shared communal spaces - cosy living room, shower room, a dining area and a patio garden. We love the communal spaces and keep them clean and tidy so being respectful over this is super important to the housemates.

You’ll be sharing with three women in their 30s. Everyone gets on well and it’s important we find the right fit to join the house, to make the place their home.

Ideally you’d be a professional in their 30s, who is independent but likes joining in on house socials every now and then. The house is a peaceful space, especially on weeknights as everyone works, but we regularly visit the pub together, watch tv, craft, share a bottle of wine or have BBQs in the garden in summer.

Current housemates are into various hobbies: sea swimming, snorkelling, surfing, yoga, walking the coast path, football, bowls, cooking.

Rent is £475 pm.
Deposit is £375 (via the letting agent)
Bills are approximately £154 pm. (This includes some communal house goods).

There’s also a contribution of £150 for communal furniture (you will get this back when you leave), you share to be paid to the exiting housemate.
