Flat includes: Washer/dryer, dishwasher, bathtub, cooking utensils (including cutlery and crockery) small dining area in the hallway (Pictured) and bike storage.
A link can be provided for the full empty flat tour. Although Tenancy begins in September, there may be an opportunity to move in earlier August. Storage for belongings over Summer is available free of charge in the Flat.
£125ppw with a £300 water payment at the start of the year. Electric not included, around £20ppm, depending on use
