Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our lovely 4-bed house as I'm moving out.

Here are the details:

🏡 The House: You'll be sharing with 3 other lovely girls (all 20/21). They are super friendly and tidy.

📍 Location: 5 minutes walk from Falmouth Moor (Bus stop and shops), 15 minute walk from Falmouth Campus, 7 min drive from UoE Penryn Campus

💰 Rent: £580 per month. Bills are split between housemates.

🗓️ Move-in Date: Available from November 19th (Flexible) - until June 19th.

🛏️ The Room: A bright, fully-furnished double room with a desk, chair, and large wardrobe.

🛁 Amenities: The house has a shared living room, a kitchen with all appliances, 1 main bathroom and a downstairs toilet, washing machine, lovely back garden, plenty of on-street parking.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and friendly to join the house!
