You will be taking over my double bedroom in a clean and friendly all girls student house. The house is in a great location directly across from the Boathouse pub, with a clear sea view from the stairs and living area and public gardens outside which are always nice to sit in. The area is quiet but central and the property is safe and well maintained. There is also a parking space included.

The house is spacious, bright and filled with natural light, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dining area, a comfortable living room with a TV, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. My bedroom is a good sized double room and comes furnished.

You would be living with three lovely female students who are clean, tidy and respectful, creating a friendly household that is calm but still social.

The house is only a 2 minute walk to the town centre and to both Spar and Tesco, and just a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and only a 15 minute walk to Woodlane Campus making it very convenient for university and getting around.
