One room in shared student house

We have a room that had become available after one person dropped out of university. It has a double bed but is for single occupancy. It's a bright, clean, recently decorated room in a shared student house that has a shared kitchen, lounge, garden, bathroom and separate shower room, 3 toilets. Sharing with a mix of 2nd and 3rd year students some of whom might stay on from Jily 2026. Initially the room is available for thr next 5 months. Local landlord, no agents. No council tax.
