Double room close to Swanpool beach

I have a room with a double bed with draws for storage a wardrobe chest of draws and bedside cabinets It has room for a desk The house is above Swanpool 6 mins walk to the beach 3 mins from the coast path 25 mins to Falmouth town
The house is immaculate
The rent is £650 a month including all bills
The house is in a very desirable area and has a garden and garage for storage
It is a non smoking household
I am a friendly very active 60 year old woman who owns and lives in the house
My interests are walking the Hash version of running and sailing
I am looking for a quiet tidy person to share with I am an extremely light sleeper so I am looking for someone who doesn’t come home very late or get up mega early
One house rule which could be an issue is no overnight stays
This is flexible I will explain if you are interested
Smoking only allowed outside the house
There isn’t allocated parking but there is always a space about 100 yards up the road
The minimum rental period is 3 months
