Cozy room in shared house in Falmouth

As my study exchange in Falmouth is coming to an end, my room in a shared house on Killigrew Street is coming free starting from the second week of February.

It's a very spacious, cozy room with a lot of windows on the top floor (so it's really quiet) in a shared house with 7 people total (which sounds like a lot but as everyone has different schedules it really doesn't feel like it). The house is really cozy and I live with lovely people, who are all very creative. Craft nights and adventures are a favorite activity 💕

The rent is 625£ per month, bills included.

It's a great location, at the top of Killigrew Street, with a bus stop 2 min away, 5/10 min walk into town, and 15 min walk to the beach.

You can rent the place as long/short as you want, as long as you find a replacement when you leave.
