The semi-detached house is in the Swanpool area of Falmouth, the beach is a short 10 minute walk (20 minutes to Gyllanvase) and it’s approximately 30 minute walk into Falmouth. There is a regular bus service with bus stops a very short walk from the house. An allocated parking space will be available most of the time, otherwise plenty of roadside parking. All bills and Wi-Fi included.
About the room:
You would have a bright double bedroom at the back of the house overlooking the garden. There is a king-sized bed, adouble wardrobe with drawers, a desk with chair, a unit with basket drawers and a bedside unit.
Shared spaces:
You would share the bathroom which has a bath and powerful shower. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, gas hob, electric oven and washing machine. You would have use of a cupboard and your own fridge.
The living room is small but you would be welcome to use it except on the odd occasion I am entertaining family and/or friends.
There is a garden with a patio which you can sit out in during the summer.
About the rent:
Live-in Landlord
The rent is £600 per month with all bills included ie gas, electricity, broadband, TV licence and council tax (Band B).
Deposit is one month’s rent.
No other fees apart from upfront deposit and upfront rent for the first month.
You will be expected to keep your own room clean and tidy.
