The garden has a greenhouse and shed, so space for surfboards/bikes etc. Also a small attic space for storage.

Bedroom unfurnished, however there is a wardrobe that can be removed if not required.

10min walk to Falmouth town station, 15min walk to Gylly Beach.

Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home all the time, as I do 2 night shifts a week so need to sleep during the day sometimes.
