Spacious Double room in shared Falmouth home

Hi .. This is a large lively and creative family home 5 minutes walk from the Falmouth Moor and harbour and 15 minutes from Beaches. We normally have 2 female student lodgers plus my own adult daughter and myself and my partner. You would be sharing the house with us but have separate cooking facilities and bathroom and a small outside patio area which you only share with the other lodger. Preference will be given to students or recent graduates and females are preferred due to the current mix. Please note this is a lodger arrangement not a tenancy.
