Double furnished room in student house

I’ll be leaving Falmouth soon and am looking for someone who’d like to take on my double room in this student household.

The room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and cupboard. There is a view out onto the garden which gets nice sun in the day and a view of the sunset in the evenings.

There is a shared shower room and separate room with a toilet. Anyone is welcome to use the shared living room. The shared kitchen has two fridges and lots of amenities like a coffee machine.

The house is shared with 4 women.
