Light and bright room in central Falmouth

Hey! We are Aimee and Clarissa, currently looking for an extra housemate to join us for our tenancy in September. Our flat is super central to Falmouth, being only a short walk down to the beach and town.
We are both working professionals in the hospitality and art sector. We both love cooking, sea swims, a cosy night in and of course a cheeky pint or glass of wine at our local (Sea View)! We are looking for someone chilled and easy going, not a party house.
The house is gorgeous, fully decorated and convenient to move straight into. We are also very lucky and have a sea view straight from our balcony! The kitchen is fully decked out with cutlery, plates, pans you name it. It’s such a bright and light house.
Water and wifi is included in our rent, but council tax (band A) and utilities are separate.
