Couples or single occupants considered! The let will run from 28th August - 5th October - a great time to be in fal and get in the water ! £1,100 single occupant £1,500 for a couple with all bills included. I’ll be there on the 28th to show you round and give you the keys and I’ll show up again on the 5th October to get the keys from you :)

This is a listing for a two floor flat with a bedroom balcony with sea view and a downstairs balcony terrace in a great location (2 mins walk from town centre, 15 mins walk from beaches). The flat is on the top floor (third floor) of a building with two other flats. The flat has two floors with living, dining, kitchen, study and bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The other bedroom will not be rentable as I’ll be filling it with my things while I go away but the rest of the flat will be open to the renters.

I’m looking for people who are respectful and clean and tidy who will keep the flat lovely while I am gone and ideally not having people over all the time but that being said you’re welcome to have a friend or two stay for one or two nights if you wish (the study has a pullout sofa bed and I’ve heard the sofa in the living room is also comfy). My friend will also be over once a week the same time and day just to water my plants in the flat and on the balconies as I have a lot so I don’t want to burden someone with the task unless you absolutely love plants and are keen to!

The double room has eaves storage with large boxes in for your things , there are also a couple of beside table with drawers and a desk. I also have a wardrobe that I can assemble if you’d like it - or may get a standing wardrobe that will fit in the corner.

I have cutlery pots and pans etc. and bedding and everything so don’t feel you have to bring too much !
