Ten minutes walk into town, Falmouth town station, the BEACH and very close to a great little hidden gourmet restaurant/cafe and a pub overlooking the sea.
Next to bus stop to main campus and close to Woodlane campus. Mainly take professionals but sometimes accept a mature or post graduate student.

Prefer people who don’t work from home but happy to consider all. (Small surcharge)
Free Parking which is much easier than most areas in central Falmouth! Normally within a few minutes of house.

I used to live in the house but now stay occasionally to say hello and make sure running smoothly and house is being kept clean.
