We have a room becoming available to rent in september, tenancy starting september 1st and will be on for 10 months, but up for more depending on resigning tenancy agreements at the end of the 10 months,
about the house:
£789 a month all bills included, loads of good things such as loads of parking, easy location for public transport, penmere train station very close, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, even a piano HA, huge garage for storage and big garden,
we are looking for another girl to join our super chilled house, for crafty evenings and beach trips,
