Urgent Housemate Needed

We are located two minutes from the Moor, ten minutes from Woodlane and five minutes from the main high street. The house has a large kitchen/ dining room, a utility room, two bathrooms, and a large garden area with two workspaces. Although move in date says 1st October we are looking to fill this room ASAP.

You must be a student (ideally full time as the property is registered as council tax exempt due to occupants all being full time students). We have no preference on gender, as long as you are kind and considerate of the fact that we are a quiet bunch, then that’s all okay. As a house of musicians we enjoy a jam session, as well as a pub night and a cozy night in. So if this sounds good to you please get in contact!
