Room in 4 bed female graduate house

We are looking for a new tenant in our 4 bed all female graduate house as one of our housemates is moving out. We’re in a good location, five minutes from town and ten from Woodlane university campus, and the house is bright and airy with a lovely communal living space.

The room available is a large double bed on the ground floor beside the kitchen, separate from the three rooms upstairs. We would be looking for a new tenant asap and move in would be from October 14th.

We are all illustrators, and enjoy the outdoors, swimming, watching movies and casual pub drinks but don’t go mad. We also like doing the occasional house meal! Someone who’s arty, outdoorsy, or likes exploring around Cornwall or further afield would be a wonderful match for this house.

Bills are not included in rent, but with bills and council tax combined it’s around £120 on top. All bills have already been established and organised. We are happy to have house viewings and meet up so you can get an idea of the place.
