Spacious Rooms Available in Family House

Accommodation is in a lovely Georgian townhouse in Falmouth that overlooks the water. It is principally a family home, but my grown up kids are now working elsewhere or at university and infrequently back at base...and I often work away from home.
I now have one room available: a spacious double overlooking the garden, attractively and comfortably furnished, with plenty of storage space.
There is use of the large family kitchen/breakfast room, pantry & a laundry room. Bills & WiFi are included. There is also a lovely sunny garden, & on-street parking is not a problem.
We are a friendly and creative bunch, that enjoy a sociable and peacefully relaxed environment.
