Sunny king sized furnished bedroom with built in wardrobes, overlooking the park. Lovely bathroom with slipper tub, separate shower. Large kitchen, use of conservatory, lounge and gardens. Washer and dryer room. Garage for some storage of sports bits. Easy walk to most amenities, trains, buses, supermarket, town and beaches. Looking for someone independent and happy in themselves, a professional or (serious student, considered). The room would be available during the term year, but as family stay during some of the summer months (Julyish- August), it would then need to be vacant. Storing a few things wouldn't be a problem, if you were to stay on.
