I have a double room available near to the centre of Falmouth.

It is ready to move in whenever you are.

It is in a shared house with another couple, and a single girl (all in their 20s). They are all very social and normally cook together.

House is completely furnished with a large living room, dining room and kitchen with garden and patio out the back. Parking available on the road outside.

The house itself has recently refurbished from top to bottom so it is in good condition.

It will cost 520pounds pcm + bills which will be divided equally.
