Single Occupancy Double Room for Rent

We have a large double room for rent (single occupancy) for a suitable female canidate.

The room is in a large house in central Falmouth, minutes from shops, buses, pubs, resturants and the beaches!

The price of the room includes reasonable use of electricty, water and heating. There is wired and wireless broadband available in the cost.

The occupant of the room has access to a bathroom and separate toilet which is shared with one other female resident.

There is a sun terrace with table and chairs for common use.

There is also a large kitchen with TV for common use.

Tennants are responsible for keeping their rooms, and the common bathroom and toilet clean, as well as reasonable cleaning of the kitchen.

I have a strong interest in music production which I do in my in-house studio. I am also interested in photography and film making! I would be nice to have someone interested in these subjects, but not essential.

I work from home, and also present 2 radio shows on the local station, SourceFM.

The room is currently occupied but can be viewed with notice.

I would ideally like a long term resident, and am very happy to have responsible students applying.
