Description

I have a lovely large room for long-term rent in our Edwardian Terrace. We are near Gyllyngvase Beach, the Town train station, bus stop and Princess Pavilion. A fabulous quiet, yet convenient, place to live. I am currently working abroad but will be back in the summer for 6 weeks. Currently there are 3 other lodgers here and my son is at the house temporarily. Shadow the cat lives here.
The house is quite big so there is plenty of space and would suit someone who is easy going, sociable and independent. There is a communal kitchen/diner, a sitting room and an upstairs tv room. Ideally this is suited to either a mature student or a professional.
This is a much loved home and not a party house. It would suit someone who wants somewhere quiet to live.

The room is on the first floor looking towards the front of the house and towards the sea. It is a spacious pleasant quiet room.

My son, Oscar, is the person to contact so once you have emailed then he can show you around.

I look forward to hearing from you if this sounds like your sort of place.
