The room is available from the start of june until the 15 August. Rent is £300 per month but I am willing to be flexible as it is a short let...
The room is a large double, right next to town, fully furnished with double bed, desk, wardrobe etc. All new furniture and carpet throughout the house. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated before we moved in this year and the house has a nice garden and on street parking. Wireless broadband will also be included.
