My house is a 3 bedroomed house, with a drive, front and back gardens. Quite location. Currently just myself and a 14 month old puppy in house. Space for 3 cars.

Walking distance to Swanpool Beach (2 minutes), Gyly Beach (20 minutes) and Maenporth Beach (20 minutes). 2 bus stops nearby (1-3 minutes walk). Close to the woodlane campus (15 minutes walk) and to Tremough Campus in Penryn (5 minutes drive). You can walk into town (15-20 minutes). Looking for a single, considerate, quiet, tidy lodger.

Lovely quiet and great location.

Own shelf in kitchen, space in the fridge, space in the freezer and shelf in the bathroom.

Small deposit required £150. £150 per week.
Single let only. No couples.
