Single room B & B & evening meal in family house

Single bright and airy room in friendly family home available from now. Due to Covid guidelines anti-bac spray will be available to use in shared shower room and kitchen areas. Lodging, bed, breakfast (cereals/toast) and home cooked evening meals provided Mon-Thurs (weekends convenience meal, or similar provided) all inclusive, incl. Wifi, so no other bills to worry about. Laundry is 5-6 minutes from the house.
You provide own lunch daily and any other snacks. We will discuss your likes and dislikes food wise. Everyone to clearing away and wash own dishes. Internet included. Suit student away from home for the first time, lecturer or anyone that doesn't want the hassle of shopping and cooking every day. . Clean and tidy house, lived in feel (you clean your own bedrooms). Friendly and homely atmosphere. Family ranges from 18 to 53 years.
Shower room shared with one other. We have a cat and dog - both friendly and a puppy soon.
We are very close to both the train station (2 trains per hour) and bus stop. We are situated out of the town centre but only approx. 8-10 minutes walk into town.
Room ready for rent. We really enjoy having people stay in our house and we try to make you feel comfortable and at home. However we do like our privacy too, so we keep the lounge private for the family only, with kitchen as communal space. There is plenty of roadside parking. Strictly no smoking on property. Rent £600 per month all inclusive.
