We are offering accommodation in our garden studio room. The accommodation comprises a kitchen/living room, a desk/ workstation area and a sleeping area. Its an open plan style arrangement. This is adjacent to a shower room/toilet and utility area which although occasionally used by members of the family, will make your accommodation feel very nearly self contained.
The kitchen has a fridge, an electric halogen hob with oven and plenty of storage space.
Sliding doors open into the garden which is shared with the family.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and easy going but prepared to look after and respect the property. We think it would suit a mature student, postgrad or working professional.
We are a family of four with two boys aged 15 and 18. We also have a cat.
We will require a month's deposit which will of course be returned when you leave, provided there is no damage.
The accommodation is for single occupancy.
We are in a very convenient area of Falmouth near to University, beach and town.

It would be helpful if you could tell us if you plan to work from home, how long you might need the accommodation for (we will consider both shorter and longer term) when you are able to move in etc, and anything else you think is relevant.
