Large Double room in Central Falmouth

I am looking for a professional who works regular 9 to 5 hours or a mature student. Someone who is tidy, quiet-ish and a non-smoker to share my flat in central Falmouth, only a few minutes from the Moor, beach and Woodlane Campus.

All bills included (Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Broadband and TV Licence).

Spacious, light bedroom with a pine wardrobe with 2 drawers, a double bed, bedside table and an comfortable armchair. There is also a TV point in this room.

The kitchen has a washer/drier, Fridge/freezer and electric cooker with a seating/dining area. There is no sitting room.

There is a shared walled garden with sitting area and a shed for extra storage.

The room is for single occupancy only and I will be asking for refs and a months deposit.

Ideally I am looking for somebody that is looking to stay for a while rather than just a few months.
