 £500 for single occupant.  £575 for couple.

I've previously had two couples (not at the same time!) share my house with me very successfully. They were mature students/working people.

I have unlimited infinity broadband which is excellent.

The bedroom on offer has a King size bed (space under bed for storage), new mattress, 2x wardrobes, chest of drawers, 2x bedside drawers and desk. Book shelves on wall. Bedding/ towels available.

Lovely sitting room with TV (which connects to net) and tropical fish! Leather sofas.

Spacious kitchen with dining table which extends to seat 6 if you want friends over - a lovely social space. Can provide crockery if necessary. I do expect kitchen and all communal areas to be kept clean and tidy!! You will have your own cupboard (probably two actually) and space in fridge-freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Small gardens to front and rear and green space out the front. Garage. Washing lines.

I have a small dog, Darcy, who is very likely to sit on your bed if you leave the door open especially as you get the daytime sun! As far as she's concerned, this is her house! She's incredibly loving, non-moulting, and good company.

I am a police officer and work shifts. Darcy is mainly cared for by my next door neighbours. I need my tenant/s to appreciate that I need to (try to!) sleep during the day 2 days out of 10...so would need quiet on those days. Most of my working time is evening/overnight.

It might be that if you're happy, I'll leave Darcy in the house with you rather than next door if that suits you. Please just let her out for a wee!

About me...apart from work and the dog, I have just started paddle-boarding at Gylly beach. And I intend to join a tennis club...great if you can play (just at a fun level, not Wimbledon!). I'm easy going, enjoy company in the house, but am so busy, sometimes you may feel like you don't see me at all.

My family do pop in occasionally...they're pretty harmless!
