Double room in lovely victorian terrace

Hi. furnished double room becoming free soon. I'd be grateful if you read this add fully and check that it feels right and you meet the criteria before emailing me. I have another room which I might consider renting out as well.

House is nice victorian terrace with plenty of room, central heating, wood burner, dishwasher, harbour views. Two bathrooms. Close to town station but tucked away in a quiet lane. Close to town station.

I work away some days . Some days I work from home but would be tucked away.

I'm an environmentalist, into nature conservation and so forth. I'm hoping for someone with those sort of thoughts. It won’t suit you if you have any right wing tendencies. . I don't care if you smoke but no smoking in the house. i’d prefer it if you’re not a hardcore drinker or party animal. There is a big non negotiable. I have a dog. She is German shepherd size and was a rescue. She can be anxious with new people and she sheds white hair which I try and stay on top of. You will need to be a dog fan and be comfortable around dogs. It might be possible to accommodate another dog if you have one but obviously that would be dependent on how they got along with mine. Oh and I could also arrange bike storage if you're a cyclist.

I’m reasonably laid back but obviously would appreciate someone who is responsible, quiet and considerate. Finally, I put no couples, occasional overnight visits would be okay but not frequent if that makes sense.

The costs include utility and council tax bills but that is on the basis of a reasonable use policy which I can discuss in more detail and that you contribute to cleaning the shared areas and your room. I’d consider a discount if you neede a room just for the weekdays.
