Single room in modern clean house

I have a single furnished room in a modern clean house. The uni's town centre and beaches r very close with a bus stop at the end of the road. I am looking 4 a quite female or student. I own the house and live there myself. The area is quite with good neighbours. Bills included with wi fi. All new bedding and towels supplied but laundry not included. Also the room has new carpet. I am outgoing and defo up 4 a laugh. Photo's supplied.
