YOU WILL HAVE ALL NEW BEDDING, SHEETS, PILLOWS, QUILT & DUVET COVER. I ALSO SUPPLY 2 NEW BATH TOWELS.

Your Bedroom is situated opposite the SHOWER ROOM/TOILET (see photos). We have a large BATHROOM, which also INCORPORATES A SHOWER, along the same landing area.

YOU HAVE YOUR OWN LOUNGE with large 3 seater leather sofa and chair. It has a 41” HD PLASMA TV with freesat. Use of a playstation 3 which can be used as a Dvd/Blueray player.

The kitchen has just been extended so its all new. There is a professional range cooker and a new built in electric double oven. Your own Fridge, Combination microwave plus lots more. Plenty of space.

RENTAL INCLUDES ROOM CLEANED ON DAILY BASIS. Your bedding is changed regularly, washed and ironed.

Please note that both the bathroom and separate shower room/toilet are also cleaned on a daily basis.

House has central heating.

THE WHOLE PROPERTY IS WELL KEPT, SPACIOUS AND WARM.

I am willing to help do your laundry as I always seem to be doing this job!!! However, if you have “loads” on a daily basis then I would have to discuss this with you and possibly make a small charge of £3. 00 per week. But if it's just bits and pieces then I am willing to wash and dry at no extra cost ... but the ironing is over to you!!:)

We have a very nice garden with decking and an outdoor swimming pool.

The house is in a VERY NICE QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA of Falmouth. It is not far from the beaches, Golf links, town or Penmere railway station. There is a local bus route at the end of the road.
Unlimited Wi Fi Superfast Broadband available at no charge.

We are very easy to get on with and have a good sense of humour.

Suit either Professional person or student who respects a very nice home.
We would like someone who is pleasant, can tidy up after themselves (especially in the kitchen and bathroom) leaving it clean for those who need it next!

Previous guests have described our home as a lovely place to live with great people and somewhere in which they have been made to feel at home.
